--College degree or above; major in textile/garment or related disciplines preferred.
--At least 6 years working experience in garment industry, both woven and knit background; ladieswear experience is a must.
--Thorough understanding of merchandising / sourcing.
--Excellent command of written and oral English.
--Proficiency in MS office, Word, Outlook & Excel.
--Self-motivated, well-organized, positive and energetic;
--Ability to work independently, good communication skills and trouble shooting skills.
--Willingness to work under pressure.
